30-day challenge is to accomplish the following daily: 1. Move your body for a minimum of 30 minutes-can be workouts provided on the app or any activity you enjoy (hiking, biking, rowing, squash, yoga etc.) 2. Complete habits of water intake, 3 balanced meals, sleep routine, gratitude etc. 3. Use the food journal on the app- (written and picture option). Avoid added sugars and have high protein and veggie meals. Also included: • Full access to Everfit app through KB Health Coach (download app, invite from Kerri) • Access to a community forum for support and Q&A with Kerri • Education on macros and building healthy meals • Healthy recipes and example days of eating • Tips to improve your sleep habits. • Realistic and personalized goal setting. • Optional body metrics tracking (weight, Body fat% if you want to track this)
