Meet Kerri
Certified Trainer, Nutrition, Sleep and Mental Skills Coach in Elora, ON
I am not your average personal trainer!
I understand that you can’t just focus on fitness to get results. Helping women, especially busy moms, actually lose weight and feel great is about so much more than just exercise. I believe that besides fitness you must set holistic goals, which is why I also work on your nutrition, sleep, mindset and daily habits for overall health.
I help women just like you.
After having my son, I felt the incredible need for women’s health support, especially during the postpartum period. As moms, we have unique needs and therefore deserve a unique approach to training, nutrition, and overall health.
I provide a personalized approach.
There is no ‘one size fits all’ solution to health or wellness. I take a personalized approach with every client, including providing regular opportunities for guidance, checking in to make sure that your current goals are still serving you well.
I provide flexibility.
I understand how busy moms are, which is why I offer both in person sessions in Elora, Ontario, or virtual options through my app, or Zoom. I can mix and match both in person and virtual sessions to suit your needs as well.
